I paid £40 back in June for a surprise pet photography session for my best friend's dog who has terminal cancer, this company was called purrfect picture photography at the time (Abcphotographygroup ) my friend spoke to chantal and explained that she feels her dog was too poorly to come in, chantal not only spoke to my friend over the phone but emailed her too with understanding and said that I could have that money back, I have emailed 6 times over the last 4 weeks through 2 different emails and received nothing, I tried calling no answer, I went back on the website I originally went on and it had been taken down showing just a number and email on there, so i tried using them and yet still waiting on communication, my friend also emailed them and nothing no more from her side. Becareful when using these as you won't get your money back when promised.

I hired the studio out for a few hours so I had my own photographer however the lady who was there called Megan was amazing. Always popping in to make sure we are ok, was really helpful on the day. Friendly chilled out atmosphere. Access to dressing rooms. Highly recommend! competitive prices! Will defiantly be using Ariane again, thank you all for your lovely hospitality. Amy
