I absolutely cannot recommend Aria fertility highly enough. After having an extremely poor experience at another very well known clinic, we were recommended to Aria. Luckily we got an appointment to see Dr Tozer straight away and immediately saw what an amazing, friendly, HELPFUL place the Aria is. Any question you have is answered immediately with a kind and informative answer. Ruth gets back to you right away and goes above and beyond to help any request. Dr T is helpful, friendly, and calming. I can’t write enough good things and I feel very grateful to have ended up in their care. Special thank you to Dr Tozer and Ruth who made the whole process incredibly easy and the amazing happy helpful nurses who always have a smile on their face and will hold your hand if you need it. I think Aria price very fairly too. If you are starting out at a fertility clinic then do not hesitate that this is the best clinic out there!

I felt safe and well taken care of. I just finished my second egg freezing cycle with the clinic. The staff is absolutely amazing. They made every aspect of the process clear and as comfortable as possible. The receptionists were wonderful. The nurses (Coral!) were all warm and knowledgeable. My anesthesiologists (two different ones) were both extremely kind and comforting. And Dr Carby was the perfect combination of concise, clear, kind and optimistic. She really was an amazing doctor! I highly recommend this clinic and it’s staff over and over. Wonderful people and science!!!

When we started out on our fertility journey, I was so overwhelmed and confused by the amount of choice. We were recommended Aria by an NHS consultant and as a newish clinic at the time, with limited stats, decided to take a ‘risk’. From our first appointment with Dr Lavery, it became quickly apparent it wasn’t a risk at all. The clinic itself is clean, modern and benefits from the most up to date equipment. Dr Lavery and Dr Carby’s knowledge and care was outstanding throughout and we always felt in great hands. The nurses are amazing and so compassionate - going into every procedure I felt so cared for and there was always someone there to hold my hand if I wanted it. The communication at the clinic was excellent and I was always able to speak with a nurse or embryologist without delay. From a practical point of view, I was able to schedule appointments easily which enabled me to continue working throughout my treatment. I am now fortunate to be holding my 2 month old son and will hopefully be back for a sibling round in the future. Thank you Team Aria :-)

As a healthcare inspector and qualified midwife of over 10 years, I carefully selected Aria for treatment against a strict set of criteria and high quality standards that I am lucky enough to be familiar with in my professional roles. These included things like clinic success rates, safety checks, governance and cleanliness. Aria is a really wonderful, calm and relaxing environment and it feels like you are walking into a Soho House or an elegant spa! But of course the most important thing is the kind care and attention you will receive from the team. I saw Dr Tozer in March 2023 and couldn't have felt more taken care of. Dr Tozer took the time to explain everything carefully and discuss options with me. The process was made very simple and easy. I have complete confidence in the care and information provided, and I'm sure you will, too.

rubbish service from the start. I suspect those good reviews were created by themselves. I made an appointment for a consultation, but they didn't make it clear whether it was online or offline. They even didn’t send me invoice after saying it’s confirmed. I asked them if it’s really confirmed they used more than one week to respond that the booking was successful. They didn't send me an invoice until the last moment before the consultation started and then repeatedly blamed me for assuming that the consultation was online. I have never encountered such rubbish service
