My Air Source Heat Pump, an EKO Warrior KS150-DC installed 7 years ago now no longer manufactured, had a Full Service including pressure vessels checked for correct charge. As part of the service, an annoying noise in the pipes was also resolved by Craig Ball a 'terrific' service engineer. Emma Lay the Customer Service advisor was totally helpful throughout the process from initiation to final payment. Based upon my experience of the Aria service, I would recommend Aria Climate Systems without hesitation.

The engineer who visited was extremely polite and efficient, and took the time to explain exactly what he would be doing, highlighting the path he would be taking take with pipes and cables. He took great care to protect our buildings and even wore one pair of shoes for indoor work and another for outdoors! Aria removed our old system and then managed a complete install of our new air con/heating system. Their Project Manager took complete control and managed this large project perfectly. The team were confident and friendly, always explaining what they were doing as work progressed. Working “out of hours”, you would never have known they were here … the offices were always clean and tidy during working hours. Aria will be continuing to maintain our system, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
