Unquestionably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On politely asking for clarity of the structural timber I was about to purchase (C16), and for that to be included on the invoice, the owner replied, verbatim "I dislike having my honesty questioned, that is my choice. Please don't contact me again". I feel compelled to share my experience as I am so shocked to have been met with this response.
