Very bad customer service, they cancel my appointment to see another customer they feel more impotent to attend too. I told them especially i am coming especially from the Midlands to view this and made arrangements. Although i was telling them I can do Wednesday but they was not available which is understandable so i made arrangements to do this for Tuesday. Extremely Bad customer service and Let Down Company. They call them selves A highly professional company whom charge sky high rates. Beware of their customer service. They say something and do something else.
