tried to ring this store 3 times,,,,1st time ringing that long it timed out.....2nd time someone picked up the phone and put it back down again(f*ckers) and lastly rang off again......looks like a trip to the store......HAD TO CLICK ON 1 STAR AS ZERO STARS WASN'T AN OPTION !!!!

Wasn’t informed of a collection being “ready to collect” and the item was returned to the seller. Staff member who answered the phone after 7 calls was very adamant it was “impossible” that their system could have messed up and that I would definitely have received the collection number (this is the same system that allows collection for items that don’t are not actually in stock and I wasted a journey) Now going to have to pay extra to get the item rerouted to my home. Could have at least looked into what went wrong instead of being adamant it’s “impossible” something had gone wrong, when it clearly had. Disappointed.

We ordered a sofa yesterday evening which arrived at Whitwell at 8:30 this morning by 2 big fellas who were only to Happy to unpack and set the sofa up for my and my wife. Great. Speedy service. Definitely helped along by the delivery drivers and their service.
