Purchased a TV yesterday online on behalf of a senior gentleman friend of mine.Was delivered last night. It was faulty. Spent 40 mins on the phone to their "help line" this morning to be told they would send a refurbished tv!!!! Er....don't think so! Spoke to Ted on the phone at the store for a full refund as per consumer rights ..Took said tv back. Ted was the loveliest chap and he and the female colleagues could not have been more helpful. A credit to Argos. Really lovely guys and helped me choose a different TV. Top service. Thank you 🙂

Got a indesit washing machine on the 4/2/22 brock down after 4days i was left with the broken machine for over 2weeks indesit blamed indesit and indesit blamed argos thay didn't even replace the machine i waiting for over 2weeks for it to b replaced argos refunded me and indesit left me with the broken machine had to get rid of the machine myself I had to pay ÂŁ25 to have it taken away to the tip went to a0.com got a washing machine next day delivery brilliant customer service not like argos and indesit don't get a washing machine from argos . I work full time and care for my mum who i live with who disabled and uses a wheelchair so thanks argos for leveing this broken washing in my mums kitchen for over 2weeks in the way and indesit hotpoint wheepool who ever you like to call yourself your machines r rubbish and your customer care stinks .

I used to like Argos, competitive prices and convenience of picking it up! However my last experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, bought the monitor online for collection in store. When I arrived at the store it was clear the item was a return and very much in a second hand condition, I complained and they just don’t care!! Lots of fobbing me off, when I pointed out it’s likely covered by distance selling regs as payment was taken online just tell me again to sort with the store! Second hand items and poor customer service

Click and collect books you wait around to get the email so you can collect your item. Not only do you not get an update saying it won't be there today but you have no idea when you will get it. Sick to death with all these canines that just fail to deliver with no update and no explanation .
