It's a lot quieter than it used to be. I don't really use it anymore. I preferred it when they had catalogues...it gave the children a chance to have a proper look and choose their own Christmas presents or just to help them to think about what they'd like. It's not the same, less packed I suppose.

Unfortunately this store is not up to the task of customer service. I went to buy a simple cd storage tower. I was offered the argos card which I said I would apply for. I asked 3 times if the woman serving me had applied the discount, she kept asking different things but never answered me. She finally looked and she hadnt given me the discount. They couldn't refund me as I had taken out the argos card and of course the number that they needed wasnt on the receipt! They then gave me the wrong item! Total bslls up!! I will not be using this store again.
