I went to return a item after 5 days of purchase and they were so rudely behaving with me. Even I talked to Manger and he has bad attitudes towards me.They denied it and then I returned it to different Argos store. Their customer service in the store is very poor.

There was a youngish Indian girl working and she had the most disgusting attitude and honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Didn’t know how to do her job and left me waiting for ages and giving me the evils and then getting her manager to take over! I am disgusted that she is treated the elderly like this

Would give less if possible. Got a rechargeable battery charger and the lead was melted when I opened it. Went back to get a exchange only to be told I'd melted it and to sod off Bunch of con artists take your money and accept no fallout for any issues.
