I had a defective mirror that I had bought from Hull. The staff very kindly opened up 2 other mirrors so I could choose a replacement. Slowwwwwww and irritated. Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to collect my order along with 5 other people. There was only 1 member of staff working that didn’t seem to be in any sort of hurry either - meanwhile other staff members are coming and going with snacks and didn’t seem to want to help out - disappointing customer service really

I'm all for challenge 25 when buying sharp kitchen knifes etc.. but how about exercising some common sense when buying a cutlery set when someone obviously looks well over 40. I was able to provide proof of full name and address but no sale because no proof of dob. To add insult to injury .. I returned half hour later with ID and a different person didn't want to see my ID as in his words .. I'm obviously over 25 ...
