Ordered a Xbox one x to be delivered between two and six and then it doesn't come ring up and they've had to resend it the day after it was me t to come but not till 7 and 10 at night what a joke id of canciled it and went to game for it if it wasn't for the fa t would of taken days for me to get my money back (£453.97)

Took my partner's brother in law yesterday for a new washer paid for next day delivery and to take the old one away and asked them to install it for him as he's in his 70s and got Alzheimers and lives alone.The manager served us and she said it's all done for you only for them to deliver it today and not even take the old one away and just dumped it in his kitchen and walked out.We both told the manager he wanted to pay for installation and she didn't even put it down.So I rang customer service and they said he will have to get someone to take it away now and they will refund him the £14.99 to take the old one that he paid to be took away by them.Absolute joke of a shop we definitely won't be back that's for sure
