Argos penrith i tried to take faulty TV back would not exchange it due to covid rules I have to take it to Carlisle or kendal 30 miles away not happy if there open they should be exchanging as well as click and collect

Been waiting on the phone 20 minutes. Not a problem with that however the first person that I spoke with, transferred me to the wrong department. Had to call again. After 20 minutes again, spoke with same gentleman and I calmly said that I have been transferred to the wrong department. He lightly apologized and transferred me again to the wrong department I honestly hope you never need to call customer service because the service is just horrible. Not impressed and very upset. Maybe I will miss my payments to see what they do.
