Ordered eBay click and collect item here, eBay showed it was delivered and I went in that day to see if i could pick it up, the lady on the till said they need a code and can't give me the item without it. Fair enough i said i would comeback. I never received a code, no email from ebay, no text message. Now they're telling me they don't have the package and don't know what happened. Really disappointed, think someone's stolen it.

Bought a air conditioning unit it had brown tape around the box I asked why I was told it was to reinforce the box when I got it home it had a delivery address sticker on it. inside there were mucky marks it had clearly been returned had to take it back to a different store joke

Terrible service, Manager just not helpful then took my damaged lawnmower outside, saying store closing in half an hour, even though still on with Customer service department trying so sort out refund for damaged lawnmower. It cost me £130.00 to be told sorry Managers discretion, really bad attitude, was just wanting to exchange for a product that worked???? NO BODY WOULD HELP. STAY CLEAR

Great to have in the area and always in stock for a relatively small Argos store. The negative reviews are clearly over exaggerated and one side to a story. It’s always easy to post negatively than to go out of your way to post positive ones. People with silver spoons in their mouths should take a step back and appreciate what retail staff have gone through in the last 18 months.
