I purchased a watch which wasn’t which was not what I had in mind after opening the product. Upon returning it, I was informed that I would not be getting a refund as I had opened it. My consumer rights I mean I have every right to return something that is not fit for purpose and I’m now currently disputing this with my credit card company very poor customer service

I moved to Letchworth 3 months ago and have been to this Argos several times in the mornings, during the day and in the evenings and have always had a very good experience. I have a two year old and an eight month old and when collecting larger items, staff have offered to carry the items to the car for me. One time I did accept the offer and a gentleman carried my item to the car knowing that it will be hard for me to carry the item and push the buggy at the same time. I will definitely continue to buy items from argos because of the service at this store. Thank you.
