Recently bought a football for my grandson. Unfortunately the football was faulty and the pump I had bought wouldn't work on the replacement ball. The staff were very helpful, they exchanged the ball and Louis went above and beyond and pumped the ball for me with the shop "pump' allowing me to return the pump I'd purchased for a refund.
