One star is to much in my opinion! Never have I had to deal with such rude and unhelpful staff and it’s not even December yet! 10:30 in the morning and they look to have just rolled out of bed in a uniform they have slept in. Made it very obvious they didn’t want to be there! Cancelled my order and will buy elsewhere.

Bought a washing machine on 20/12/2019 arrived on the 08/01/2020 and on the 28/04/2020 broke down. Tried to speck with Argos about this problem and they said they can’t do anything as it’s out if warranty. I mean are you selling second hand goods for the price of new ones???? How can a washing machine broke down after only 15 months?

I was looking for a replacement Laptop and checked a number of Electrical/Computer outlets and was struggling, so I tried Argos. Excellent selection of sizes and Spec, all at reasonable prices. Communication was very good at it arrived two days before their ETA. Highly impressed with the new laptop, which I'm writing this Review on now.
