Staff member Uzma was very rude and impolite. Unhelpful with my return. Went as far to tell me to ‘behave myself or leave the store.’ I was shocked and mortified at this behaviour. I went to ask the store manager for help and he laughed and allowed this to continue. I felt very humiliated infront of the large amount of customers who were there. This woman is supposed to be a manager and i’m not sure how.

I was running late from work, she was running late to go home, yet she served me with tremendous amounts of kindness. You know who you are.
