Always a convenient easy to access location There is easy public transport access being very close the Hull interchange so trains as well as busses. There is large car park in the under croft with disabled bays as well as for people with children. Inside the store there are always plenty of staff. The staff are quick to serve. It is a great pity that the store is due to close in the summer that will mean a long drive or two bus journies there and back four in total. Good convenient store

You can always get what you want at a very reasonable price. One male member of staff was extremely helpful he came from behind the distribution counter to help us, while three female members huddled around a till and completely ignored us waiting at their counter. So you now know who to approach if you shop there

Just been to Argos Hull St Stephen with a watch that I just brought for my other half for valentines days to have a few links removed. Was stood at the jewelry station for awhile with no one coming to assist. We had to grab the lady helping other customers at the tablets when there were three other staff members just chatting behind the collect point. Once she saw the watch she wasn't sure if she could do it so took it to the other three staff members. She came back saying that the tools they needed were not is the store and walked off. I basically got the message that no one was trained to do the job and did not want to do it because it would be to much effort for them. Wasn't even told when we would be able to have the job done at Argos so had to go somewhere else.

Bought an expensive item that I'm very pleased about, but the customer service was awful. I used the self checkout, so I didn't have to wait in the Christmas queue. My receipt had no number but stated clearly that I needed to take receipt to the counter, which I did. I was greeted by a lady called Debs. Asked if I had paid online, which I did via the in-store computers. Told me I'm at the wrong counter. She didn't even look at my receipt. I asked Debs that my receipt did not have a number, and she walked off! Another gentleman behind the counter came to me and was very helpful. Manners don't cost nothing, but rudeness will cost business.

Every time I ordered online and collected without issues. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a big place for different kind of order options. During the middle of the pandemic it was an issue to collect but now things are back to normal.

Went to the till to pay for my order and I have dyslexia so accidentally spelt my name wrong I was served by mandy and another older woman and they made a comment saying bless him he can't even spell his name right. While I was waiting for my order at the collection point mandy said to another staff member that's it she's done she's spent 4 hours on the till and she can't be bothered to do anymore . What kind of people are you hiring here truly offended and feel personally attacked
