Over 100 purchases in 6 months and bought a nokia phone which had fault. Manager John extremenly unhelpful and refused to believe that the phone freeze and start scrolling the screen saying i cant see it freezing. I told him its when we use it constantly and said he hasnt got the time to monitor it for long and refused takin it back where as Other Argos simply exchanged the handset as it was within 14 days. Is that a customer Service???? where i dont want my money back all i want is an exchange Not recommended and told all my family members and colleagues Do not buy from that store Rather walk into middleton or manchester fort branch where they wont play with the gadget but solve the issue

Have been here several times now, click and collect is fast and easy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, one young lady even sorted my online account for me, on my phone, when I changed my email, nothing is too much trouble for them, bit of advice - grab a shopping trolley before you go for you're click & collect goods if they're bulky or heavy.
