Don’t buy from Argos !!!! I bought a hose pipe in 2 days I came to return because of size too short when you want to return they will say that can’t be accepted because you open , that is mine you used so they can accept back. If you want to be accepted don’t open it just look at the box and in 30 days return without open. This is ridiculous 🤬

Staff are very rude and not helpful what so ever. Seems to try and make it difficult with things. If you have insurance they try everything they can to avoid paying out on an item even though it’s insured (didn’t work though). Ioan Blenda review from 9 months ago that I’ve just seen has just reminded me I had the same problem in November with a tablet. They refused to take it back after TWO DAYS as I simply took the lid off the box so they said it was used. The reviewer is right, you’re meant to be clairvoyant and just know if the item is working or not faulty, they will never let you take it back if box has been opened lol so be aware. We had the older lady with brown hair and young man served us and it was like talking to a wall. I wouldn’t buy technology from here.

Fast service by really pleasant staff members, they don't keep you waiting. Extra staff seem to just appear from the back to support when more people turn up that needed serving. The location inside of the Sainsbury's shop is easy to find and the signage was clear. The facilities were clean and the self-service monitors were all operational. I had reserved and paid for my item online so the process was easy and smooth. I just had to show the number that was sent in a text and a few minutes later I had the item. What a great experience. I'll definitely recommend it.

Don’t buy from Argos !!!! I bought a tablet in 30 days they said I can return it if I don’t like ,and surprise ,when you what to return they will say that can’t be accepted because you open , that is mine you used so they can accept back. If you want to be accepted don’t open it just look at the box and in 30 days return without open. This is ridiculous 🤬
