I wish I could give you a 0 rating. I bought a handheld vacuum cleaner and a hdd. The package was loose so I asked if it was a return product. The girl on the tilt was super confident and said it’s all the package like that and no it’s mot a return product. so i didn’t open it there and came home. Guess what? when i opened it it was filthy and rubbish stuck inside clearly an used one! I am going to return it tomorrow. You should not keep the return item on store and sell it to people. Another thing I just checked the price on Asda for the vacuum cleaner guess what it’s £20 cheaper there! just wow.
