There were technical difficulties when I arrived and they were not able to inform customer before hand which they apologised for but the problem is they did not contact me to tell me when those problems had been solved and I was unable to get through via phone so I had no idea when I was able to collect my package which was needed for the day of collection

Served by a very rude blonde woman who, when I asked if I could have someone help me carry the box as I had a pushchair and my car was a 30 second walk away, refused to even ask anyone. Then proceed to say if I couldn't carry it myself she would cancel it. Extremely rude and I won't be ordering from there again.

Awful staff incredibly rude and full of attitude would not let me return a faulty item! The Manager didn’t care that I was going to report them! Had to return via Argos website/ customer service which were more helpful! Manager needs to be fired
