Hillary and Louise made my visit to Argos very pleasant as I had an issue with my kettle which they were only too happy to assist with the replacement off. Their professionalism, care and duty was impeccable and I was very pleased that they were sensitive to my needs as a mother who needed a kettle to make bottles for my 6 month old daughter. Very happy.

bought an xbox controller with a 2 year warranty online, went to go collect and was told i had to be 18 to get the warranty, even though i had already paid. ??? asked if i would get a refund and was responded to with ‘in what respect’. staff are rude

Disappointed...went for a refund for my wireless earphones as I changed my mind ( after 1 day ), they wanted to charge me a £3 refund fee even I bought other more comfortable earphones from them same moment...went to other Argos store got full refund straight away without any fee and stupid questions... Suff wasn't best at tall...
