I did quite alot of shopping and didn't have a £1 coin for the trolley instead I had use the basket. The security guard was very rude and petty. Despite explaining to her that I will have to take the basket to my car which contained alot of heavy items. Once I load those items into boot then I will return the basket back to the store however, she refused to listen to me and started showing a very rude attitude. I never met such a heartless security guard like her!!!

Staff named Amna was rude and refused to return a product, even though it was not fit for purpose and within a week of purchase, she said you’ve used it so can’t return!! I’m not a magician to know if a product in the box is working or not. Very rude staff, They need training on customer service and consumer rights.

Due to an injury I was unable to collect two relatively expensive items I ordered from E-Bay at the end of last year. Despite this and the fact that required information that was ommited by sellers the person at the counter spent real time seeking out my parcels with a grim determination rarely exhibited in my experience. Huma was helpful beyond average customer service expectations, she found the items and I was very happy with her service, my faith in Customer service staff renewed. Many thanks Huma.

Manager refused to exchange my item after I explained my nearest Argos store was closed and that is the reason why it was not returned in the usual returns period. I went to Argos at Gipsy Lane and exchanged my item with no problem. Glad to see the Argos website now says that items can now be returned within 30 days after the opening of non-essential stores. Hopefully other customers do not experience problems exchanging or returning I won't visit again.
