Argos, Aylesbury Thursday 18.00 27/01/23 Ordered a bose sound bar to come into store which I collected on this Thursday unfortunately, the only negative thing about the store was the young millennial staff who had no clue about good customer service or interested in her job or having any manners. I gave her back exactly what she gave to me. I don’t honestly know what’s wrong with these young people shame. Simon B

Frustrating customer experience, on Chris eve, long queue, surprised that you got to be in a queue to orders that are paid online and awaiting collection, why can't you do that through kiosk and I stand in a long queue and only there to find out the item hasn't arrived. The lady at the counter wasn't pleasant to talk to about my order status!
