I had a faulty product unfortunately because of being away over the Easter period I was unable to return within the 30 day period by a few days. I returned requested a refund as I thought it wasn't unreasonable and was rejected. The manager didn't come out and hid behind junior staff

Poor service with staff all just stood around chatting. Way too many staff on the floor making it intimidating. Staff members also on phones texting whilst behind desks - no professionalism sadly - could be so much better

They recently started accepting DPD parcels as a drop-off station for DPD. Most of the people who work there don't want to do that, and they are being rude to the Costumers.

I was refused return of a faulty kitchen mixer (pricey one) due to the fact I have plugged it into the socket! How else can I find out if the item is working properly? Matt the manager was rude and unhelpful. I always tried to support local branches of shops instead going online, not anymore I'll never waste my fuel to visit Abingdon branch ever again. Avoid!

Angela decided to give my son a voucher as he went there to complaint that a bike I bought is broken, but I wasn't presented. When I realise what happened, that she gave my son a voucher and my son spent it, and all that without my permition. Then, when I actually decided to swap the bike, she said that I have to pay for these vouchers. 1. How come you give 12 years old child vouchers and 2. Why I have to pay for that whe you decided to do when I am not presented. 3. She blame me that I sent my child there to take vouchers - What? You should be 100% that the parent is there, because the money are going out from my account, not from my child account. This is ridiculous behaviour from Angela and she doesn't even keep quite when I asked her that as I am already really mad and I just want to get the bike and leave and she can keep the voucher which wasn't spent from my child. Another thing is that Argos keep giving customers used products so that was the reason for us to return bikes 3 times. So when you asked for the money for the voucher back, how about the fuel I spent to return your used bikes that you give us? Ridiculous behaviour, ridiculous decisions, ridiculous company! You have absolutely no right to give vouchers to kids and then ask the parents to give the money back when you are not really sure that the parent is the one who accept it!!!!!! And stop giving used products!!!!! STOP!!!! And don't give kids vouchers without parents knowledge and permition, and then ask parent to pay...... HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
