Some of my family and I went for a gin tasting with Dom at the distillery yesterday. The whole experience was fantastic. Dom kindly picked us up from York and took us to the distillery. Showed us all through the distillery, then for the fun part - the tasting. We tried all sorts! Vodka, various rums and all sorts of guns. 100% worth a visit. It’s not at all like a normal gin and all of the different types of gin have a story. Dom was so knowledgable and informative. Then he kindly took us back to York too. We’ve placed a pretty decent order and can’t wait for them to arrive. But seriously, you NEED to visit, or at least try some of the hooting owl drinks.
