A great gym with the best equipment I've ever used and by far the best equipment in the surrounding area! It's always clean with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Would like to see it open a little longer on the weekends but nevertheless I'd label it as the best gym in Nottinghamshire

Excellent Gym and Fitness space, everything you could possibly need under one roof. Substantial equipment for all fitness levels and needs. Highly recommend to anyone who is a super pro right down to a gym novice like me. Fitness coaches available on site, and for personal training session plans if required. You will always feel welcome here right from day one.

I have gone to the Arena on and off for 8 years and been trained by Martin. The atmosphere in the gym is great with members from age 18 to 80. Martin is knowledgeable and patient when it comes to explaining the equipment and doing PT sessions.

A brilliant gym with kind experienced staff. Arena is a very friendly and very well equipped gym. Excellent facilities for all abilities and training programmes. The staff are all kind and very knowledgeable. A light fun atmosphere means there’s no pressure, other customers become friends. Different classes run every day and are professional, they are included in the very well priced membership fee. All in all this is the best gym in Newark, ten out of ten!!!
