After gaining several quotes from businesses in local area. Arena offered the best value for money in terms of cost, quality and standard of customer service from all involved. The workmen done a outstanding job and never felt rushed done to a high standard , all brickwork and surround of the patio is neat and tidy very pleased with the end results. They left no mess obvious mess (rubble) on leaving the property all neat and tidy inside and outside our home. The patio itself is of good standard very solid framework no complaints at all. Had a conservatory fitted which was installed well. However, several sealed glass units failed during the warranty period of which only one was replaced. The others were never addressed despite constant calls to the office where I was told things were in hand but fobbed off with all the excuses under the sun when the fitter did'nt turn up. After waiting over a year and despite numerous calls, Arena continued to find excuses not to do the work so I reluctantly gave up. My advice to anyone considering using this company is look else where if you consider after sales service important for your project, Arena after sales service is just shocking.
