Absolutely beautiful place to go BUT please take Welly boots with you just incase. Please note it is a trail and does NOT go around the lake there are 12 marks for distance and when you get to mark 12 you will have to make your way back the way you came.

Great place to walk my dogs and/or have a picnic. Kayaking and paddle boards may be hired from the Ardingly Activity center for a really fun hour - I booked and paid for my slot online. Beautiful views and lots of dragonflies and wildfowl about today. Good sized carpark, which is free to use.
