    This is the way that business should be done - as simple as that. From the call to Matthew who assured us that the journey to see the approved used mini would be worthwhile (it was!), to the treatment that Ben Mason gave us (and the follow up today to ensure that all is good with the car and the experience). From start to finish this was a pleasure - a stark contrast to certain other sellers that I have recently come across. I can not recommend Arden more highly and would make the journey to them again (90 minutes vs. my local dealer 15 minutes away) if I am ever in the market for another mini. Top notch service. *****

    DO NOT TRUST THIS GARAGE I found suspicious items in my car after collecting my car following repairs. A baby seat insert and a pile of soiled tissues was found in my car, I asked the manager to investigate this as I was concerned my car was used by someone without my consent… they refused to fully investigate and give me any answers, offering a gesture of “a tank of fuel and a service” to me as compensation, but now my phone calls and emails are ignored as I am trying to get to the bottom of this / receive compensation.

    I wanted 4 new tyres, an MOT and service for my Mini Countryman. I called 3 times over a couple of weeks, I left a message each time as I kept getting a message saying that you are too busy to answer the phone, I have left all the details required each time; registration number, tyre size, type of service required, email address and telephone number. And I still have not had a call back! Don't bother trying to get back now as I am having to sort out elsewhere as my MOT is about to expire. Thanks for all your help.

    I had to have a few things fixed on my mini and I was able to work effectively whilst waiting for the repair. The wifi was excellent, plenty of tea, quiet enough to have a few conference calls and not offend anyone. Great that I could work and get car fixed in an efficient way!
