Cathy and the other staff at this vet clinic deserve the very best praise for their work. I'm not sure Cathy has an hour off work never mind a day such is her devotion to the animals in her care. Our little Ralph became diabetic and the staff were brilliant. Due to his condition Cathy even checked on Ralph outside working hours. If vet medals existed the clinic would be covered in them.

The most amazing team at this clinic. We switched to this vet during our cats illness and they were so accommodating & understanding. Human kindness goes a long way and on top of that they’re all professional. We sadly had to put down Mr Cat III and booked a home service. Kathryn & Tora we’re absolutely incredible. Very gentle & sensitive and gave him his dignity. It’s such a difficult procedure but they were so gracious and respectful. Thank you so much to all the team at Arden House including the brilliant receptionists. Highly recommend this place because they actually care about our pets, you can feel it. Thank you again for looking after our special cat & for the lovely card and paw prints. From Mr Cat III Family
