This is a lovely hotel, not far from the nec. You can walk it from the train station at the nec. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They is a swimming pool and spa that is free to use, you only need £1.00 for the lockers but you get that back. The room was nice and clean the beds were firm, you get a pack of toiletries in your room which was very nice we had a twin room and had one each which was nice. We had a bar meal which was freshly cooked and hot and reasonably priced. The breakfast was nice and hot and we'll cooked it was a all you could eat. For £133. 00 for one night for two people I thought this was a good price. And would highly recommend it Rooms: Nice and clean. Firm beds Nearby activities: Nec nearby Walkability: Can walk to the nec from the hotel about a twenty minute walk Food & drinks: Can have a bar meal or they is a restaurant at the hotel and a bar with plenty of drinks to choose

Doors slamming continuously through the night, power drill being used at 06:45, no nets on windows so if your room is in court area, all the other rooms can see within your room if curtains open, like sleeping in a departure lounge. Enough said.

The hotel needs to be brought into 2023 not 1983 rooms very sparse not even USB sockets in the room or hotel. The bathroom is very small and ditch the bath for a proper shower

Room very hot. The radiator seemed to be on? Perhaps it was just at the temperature of the room. Continental breakfast was nice and filling. Table service so good that my coffee and banana were cleared away when I went to grab a pai n-au-chocolat!! Still happy to be here for GamesExpoUK
