Overall it was a great experience: Sam came up with suggestions we had not thought of and designed a space and solutions we were very happy with. The process of planning, submitting (and approval) and tending process was flawless. Whilst we had a plan when we started, we changed our mind on certain elements throughout the build which they guys were happy to incorporate. Project management throughout the build was excellent, with everything from dealing with the builder, giving design input, validating invoices and making sure the project finished on time - and within budget. We are now doing more work to the house and are using Sam and Chris again. Very happy!
