The receptionist basically tells you to get registered with another GP, Virtually NHS lol. The problem is I'm unable to secure physical appointment, which is necessary for my symptoms to be assessed.

The online GP service this clinic offers is unfortunately not suited for purpose. Even if you book an online appointment on a date and time that suits, this will get changed without notice, to a time and date which you are unable to attend. Getting hold of anyone on the phone is a complete mission. The most upsetting is being removed as a patient, without reasoning and notice, which left me in a panic moment the day I was meant to order my new batch of prescription medication and no means to do this. Shameful!

As a local small medical practice unit, you can't expect too much from it. I like them. Very attentive service. I prefer to come and make an appointment same day instead of calling them. A phone call is like a lottery, you can spend a lot of time getting in touch and miss a spot for the same day. Remember This is London everywhere is busy. So take it easy and Good luck .

I understand the pressures put on NHS staff, but inexcusable poor service from reception. Highly dismissive and unhelpful.

The most frustrating place to book an appointment and get results from your tests, although seeing how the whole system works, I don't think one more review is useful.

Orribile services! I Phoned for test results this morning at 12:30, after waiting in the queue for 45minutes the receptionist answered only to tell me that as I’m not in the list she can book me appointment for next Tuesday. Could you please make the no. 2 option on your phone messaging that we need to book an appointment to hear test results? I needed to hear this test result before the week end. From my last experience this line was not to book another appointment but to hear the results. I’m not happy the receptionist (senior lady) was very abrupt and sounds very annoyed most of the time - not helpful. I’m not happy.!

I waited 50 minutes to get through I called at 08.10 only to be told they have no appointments for that day and that I cannot pre book an appointment for any other days I was also told either call after hours or dial 111 . So what am I supposed to do I need to get back to work and I feel to I’ll to do so , is my only option to go to AnE , how is this a good way to run a practice I will defiantly be looking for another asap this is just a ridiculous way to run a surgery and don’t get back to me saying the system is working well because your reviews here say opposite . Is there any common sense left in this world anyone can see this system is totally flawed . Can’t pre book an appointment for a future date , unbelievable .

You can only make same day appointments, not possible to make an appointment in the future... so for anyone who has a job that you need to be able to plan to see the doctor...this surgery is not for you. Ridiculous set up with no consideration for half the population.

Terrible. All the time reschedule your appointment without even asking if you can wait...if it suits you the new appointment. Asking to answer to call ...the respect the practitioner time but they don't respect yours

Do not register with this GP. - Extremely long waiting times for appointments. - Keep referring you to the virtually app to make appointments, when they only have availability one week later. What if your concerns are more urgent? - Calling them at 08:00 doesn’t make any difference as you’re in the queue for at least an hour and then get told there’s no availability on the day. OR they just hang up on you as soon as you reach number 1 in the queue. - One female receptionist is exceptionally kind and patient, but clearly gets things mixed up. - Another younger female receptionist has been rude and dismissive to the point that it brought me to tears. All she said after she saw my tears was: “That’s just how I speak”. Being polite is imperative to working with people and this person has got it all wrong. - I’ve been waiting for a month to get an answer regarding a referral. My health issues have gotten worse and I still have no referral appointment. - The GP referred me to the local hospital for 2 things and for the 3rd thing he referred me to InHealth. Which is neither local nor efficient. Why not send me to the same local hospital for all referrals? Probably has something to do with a financial partnership with InHealth. + Some of the GP’s and nurses are kind and helpful. IF you get a hold of them. All in all, it’s absolutely not worth it. Please find yourself ANY other GP, because this one will just add to your stress and will make your health problems worse due to their excessive waiting times. After my negative experience where the receptionist made me cry with her rudeness I will be looking into another GP.
