BEWARE: In summary an independent expert report concluded: The level of workmanship shown by ***AGI*** at this installation is well below the standards that one would expect of a reasonably competent trades people. As Carl has such a "vast knowledge and experience" surely he would know: 1. A-rated doors were requested. Glazed units by themselves cannot be A-rated, only the full door/window can receive the rating - so why sell A-rated glazing? Note: insufficient information given to work out overall u-rating rating despite numerous requests. 2. The difference between FENSA and CERTASS, only when questioned did they withdraw their claim of FENSA registration! 3. The doors should be installed true and level (Door base frame was out by 17mm exterior/9mm interior). The underlying brickwork was more level than the frame. • The continued assertion by AGI that the live deflection is the cause of the draught issues experienced from Day-1 have been shown to be false having measured the door to frame gap and found it to be constant across the width… AGI have yet to comment or offer rectification for full payment. One final note Carl likes to refer to us, his customer, as "utter idiots"!... Utter idiots for letting a contract with AGI may be? Regards, Tim BSc(Hons), MIET, CEng
