Unlike the big firms that charge double and then just send out a junior. He will deal with your job personally and promptly. He’ll know it inside out and is always at the end of the phone. Your plans and even measurements are usually in his head. He is one of only a handful of people in this industry that I would happily give his number as a recommendation and be confident that I won’t have any negative comebacks.

We met with several architects before making our decision but it was Amir's clear, professional and positive communication style that convinced us he was the right choice. Throughout the planning of the project he kept us up to date, was always happy to answer questions, and made an extra effort on the weekends to meet with us. We were lucky enough to buy our new family home in a good area and purchased it with the intention of developing it into a beautiful and spacious family home, I realised that there may be a few hurdles during the planning process so I went looking for a competent architect, and found Amir through google, his reviews were excellent. Everyday that went past created a brand new hurdle and Amir was there to tackle every issue as they developed, and there were many issues.. you see; what made Amir unique was his pedigree, he knew every rivet of the planning and building control processes because he was in the councils planning department earlier in his career, so he was always a step ahead... another major issue we had at hand every step of the way was our annoying unamicable neighbour who just happened to be a Construction Solicitor he made the party wall et al act of 1996 his ammunition and started a war.. we would need a surveyor immediately but they don’t come around that easily for cheap... In comes Amir the party wall surveyor.. unfortunately because of a technicality our party wall notice was null & void the solicitor next door found a hole in it... now i’m thinking “that’s it the solicitor’s won”... in comes Amir the structural engineer... Amir’s ammended structural design circumvents the party wall act and ‘oula’ we start building just like that!! thanks to Amir so many extenuating problems were either solved or just made irrelevant. Amir kept us going, and I am absolutely certain that if we hadn’t chosen Amir we would not have achieved anything in our circumstances. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and will definitely be happy to request his services when in need of him in the future.
