    They are usually good... but this happened: They quoted and our customer paid. After despatch, they invoiced and I queried an unquoted item on the invoice. They emailed this: "Customs clearance was charged back to us so we have charged it on to you Please forward the customs clearance onto your customer" We can't trust their quotes anymore.
