From the quote to the fitting the service was excellent and professional. One small hiccup was sorted out immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I had a landing, dressing room and bathroom done in a karndean type flooring, The fitters were polite precise and professional and left the place spotless. Just love this floor. Absolutely brilliant,truthful ,honest and very reliable.We had our house measured from another company for hall stairs and landings over two floors but no one came back with a price even after we contacted them.We needed this done ASAP,we were told this was impossible by three other places,happened to see the Arches shop went in explained and we were able to buy everything we needed and fitting was completed when required.Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I was let down by this company. I was promised a quote and received none. A guy turned up and took the measurements. That’s it. I tried to get in touch with them by email, phone calls. Heard nothing. Would I place an order? Stay away from a company which just talks with no action. I’m glad to see the warning signs ⛔️⚠️
