I have been there with my friend half and hour ago. After waiting half an hour in the que they didn’t let us in. Dont bother to take the que!!! Its just only for to show the place is fancy enough. While waiting a guy asked us if we have reservations, and I answered no, after he knew that we cant come in; he didn’t let us know. He left us in the que!! This is unrespectfull!

I have been there half mins ago. After waiting 20 mins on the que they said at the enterance, they cant let us in. If we cant come in why the guy who asked us if we have reservation or not ( while waiting on the que he asked and we said we dont have reservation) after he didnt said ‘we cant let you in if you dont any reservation’. They purposely let us wait for nothing!!!!

Absolutely appalling behavior we witnessed tonight. I go out every night and I have never experienced rudeness like this. It was truly upsetting. We queued for one hour and when we eventually got to the top of the wueue we saw that a hen party had skipped to the top of the queue and had asked the bouncer to skip the entire line. When we questioned the bouncer on this he very aggressively said in a very threatening tone “because you said that you guys are now out” and we were asked to leave the queue. Appalling behavior. Archer street should not condone this kind of behavior from their staff particular for loyal customers who are willing to politely queue for one hour to spend money in the bar. Very upset and will be sharing this experience with my friends and wider circles in SW. will never come back.

A fun night out aimed at over 25s (music) - it seemed a mixture of music from 90s-10s. Staff were polite and kept the place clean, and lovely singers!. We were waiting a long time to get a drink so they probably couldve done with another bartender, which is why I've given one less star - especially difficult when people push in front of you and then still get served before you! They were doing really well despite having to also deal with a leak. On our night there seemed to be many people over 6ft with no spacial awareness despite there being a good enough amount of space between us (but still being a crowd) so nearly get elbowed in the face a few times but obviously that isnt something the bar staff can do anything about! The security were pretty chill but still doing their jobs well. Normal London prices for drinks and the cloakroom was free which was a nice surprise!
