NOT EVEN WORTH THE ONE STAR RATING DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS - they are useless - if you ever report maintenance, always ensure you have it all recorded as existing tenants - we are still waiting for our depoist back - after weeks of this being completey. There is only one Property Manager - who is never there in the office! they all lie about what is reported so then you get penalised for this on check outs!! such bad reviews on Google and now i know why! DONT LET/RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY

1 word- AVOID Do not use this company for any services if you know what’s best for you guys They withheld a holding deposit for no good reason and were extremely unhelpful when i brought it up Total time wasters, I recommend you AVOID these agents at all costs Or else you’ll regret it. P.S their responses are completely untrue, do NOT use this service

To list all the bad services from this agency would be too long. I do not recommend this to anyone (Acocks Green, Birmingham if you wana buy a house make sure you got £5000 to give under the table under wise forgot it.
