I paid £300 deposit on the 17th of February 2020 for the last of my windows that I needed replacing having had good service previously 26 months on no window I understand covid for the first 12 months we had so many excuses wrong glass frame missing heart attack frame marked blood pressure issues no phonecalls no apology left with no option now but to bring in trading standards solicitors and consumer protection for breach of contract 26 months on a 6 week delivery time

Very very disappointed! Stay clear! Rude and zero customer service! When we ordered our french doors we was told we would have them within 5 days of ordering them. 7 weeks later after many phone calls of been told “I don’t know “ every time you phone up! Never once an apology the whole time we dealt with the owner. At long last the doors came.... But they weren’t our doors, they were white and we ordered grey! Phone him back up and yet again no apology, after me speaking my mind at long last ( as you would do been in this situation) having to put our electrican, plaster, floor guy etc off so many times. We cancelled this order and went to Classic Glazing Systems Castleford, who actually do what they say.
