From start to finish, Crystal and Zara were brilliant in guiding and arranging my bathroom project. As I could not be on site for the prep, I was very much put at ease by their expert handling. They were friendly and involved and seemed to really care about the work.Crystal especially went out of her way a few times to troubleshoot and it made a world of difference. When it came to installation, Bawan was excellent, professional and his team were efficient and precise. My building management company were very pleased with how respectful they were and left no trace. I will be returning to Arch KBB for further projects and recommend others do too.

Munty and the team are amazing. He did the design, supply and installation of 2 bathrooms and my kitchen. The advice and guidance was spot on and the builder dealt with every challenge quickly and efficiently. This was the 3rd time I have had work done in a property I've owned. If only the others had been so stress free. I also recommend everyone should get a Quooker still, sparkling and boiling water tap, they are brilliant!

A few years ago I did my kitchen with ArchKBB and now I did my bathroom, and I am very happy with the results on both. I highly recommend ArchKBB, they have a good selection of materials and appliances but also the 3D designs are very accurate to what it looks after construction. The balance between price and quality is good. Crystal helped with the design and our contractor Bawan was super polite and worked well with us to get everything exactly as we wanted.

An excellent independent kitchen store in Hammersmith. From the first moment me and my partner entered their showroom, Craig and Munty made us feel very welcome. They listened to our ideas, and they guided and advised us on what we could achieve; the kitchen design process was very collaborative. Once we decided on the final design, Craig & Thomas kept us fully informed with the progress of the building of the furniture. They were always there to answer all of our questions before the kitchen was ready for installation. The team who installed the kitchen units were very professional and complemented us with the choice and colour of the units! A thumbs up to the guys who installed the worktop too. The installed kitchen is everything we were dreaming of, the design and quality is top notch. We definitely feel that we've invested in a high end kitchen that will give us many years of pleasure. If you are looking for a new kitchen, you could do worse than popping into this store and having a chat with the team.
