Disgusting service for car insurance claim, slow, couldn't follow simple instructions and contact correct person. Fobbed off with nonsense by several call agents Took 4 months to get total loss settlement figure. Wanted to cancel courtesy car before payout received. 2 hours on hold to get through on phone each time ofter through to wrong depth.
