Absolutely shocking customer service!! Spoke to them a couple of times regarding an issue with my tire. The garage is only two minutes away from me so I prefer to stick to local businesses. I explained my issue with my tire and asked if would also be able to change my other tires whilst I was there. He responded with “this is too difficult bye” and put the phone down. Obviously doesn’t want the business, never known anyone to be so rude.

Went to a car auto repair shop elsewhere and they quoted 600 pounds for my nissan micra - went here and it was so so helpful. fixed within 36 hours, fit for my MOT the next day. Brilliant service. he did 5 hours of labour and only charged me 3 hours worth because that is what he had quoted initially. definitely gained a returning customer for me and my entire family!!
