To be fair, the whole "Order on your phone" thing grates in a hospitality business but the staff have mo control over that. It dies mean that what we experience as "Service" is minimal but, we love the atmosphere in the Lounges and the drinks are always nice. No food on this occasion but a nice visit none the less. Thank you. Dietary restrictions: One of us is dairy intolerant but always finds something.
