Not suitable for anyone with severe mobility problems; uneven flooring in hallway, difficult stairs with worn carpet and inadequate handrail. Waiting room had one office chair on wheels and a low plastic chair. My husband was 5 days post hip replacement and should have been informed that premises were not appropriate. Physio wasn’t who we were expecting and had not had access to the discharge letter sent by the hospital . Entirely unsatisfactory
