Good service is hard to find, outstanding service almost impossible and so companies that provide outstanding service deserve to have it shouted from the rooftops. In a nutshell, I bought a house with LEDs already installed and with no idea how to use them. I contacted Arc LED in the hope that they would be able to install some new control units so that I could start to use them. Instead, they acted with integrity by telling me that the units I had didn’t need upgrading and then guided me through how to use them. To be clear, they had the opportunity to come out and install unnecessary new units and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser that I hadn’t needed them and then they could have easily billed me a pretty penny for the job but they gave me honest, profitless advice. I even offered payment for their service but they politely refused, they didn’t even ask for this review, it’s just what they deserve.

This is the first time I'm using LED strips and smart switches for a project. It has been nerve wrecking but ARC LED has made life so much more easier by taking care of the technical requirements. They have been so prompt with deliveries. They have been so accommodating and helpful with few late exchanges, reworking and even helped by generous providing some spares when we fell short of them. I cannot recommend these guys enough! As a freelance interior designer I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I have found reliable suppliers for future projects to come. Thank you ARC LED. Beware, They do not exchange or refund your order. I ordered the wrong product and ask for an exchange they said no. They said it was cut from a reel and i will have to buy a new led strip. None of these were stated on the description or anywhere to be frank. The guy couldn't point out where it says no refund or exchange if cut from a reel. My delivery arrived late which i had to chase up twice because they did not dispatch it on time. They soldered the connectors when i didn't ask them to. If i did cut the strip i won't have any caps or silicone to fix it. Then after arguing with the guy he says he will give 60% of the money back and they will keep 40%. I respect the fact that i ordered the wrong product but not being able to support me with the issue is ridiculous. All i wanted was a exchange. Its a shame as i wanted to put a large order if the right led strip fitted.
