Incompetent and rude. I applied for a job role for an immediate start. Karina sent my CV to the employer. In the meantime i received what I now know to be an automated email asking me to register with the agency in perosn, howver no date and time confirmed. When replied by email with my query, Karina advised me to ignore it as it was an automatically generated email. How organised! I heard nothing for over a week about the job i applied for so I called ARC today and spoke with Karina. I asked for an update as she hadn't contacted me. Katina explained the employee had hired a candidate . I asked her why she didn't contact me to let me know. A diatribe followed about how busy she is. I couldn't a word in. Disorganised agency who is happy to make contact when it benefits them but failed to provide feedback for me as a candidate. I will stay well clear in the future.
