3D Group Marketing Team
3D Group engaged with Arc as part of our head office relocation from central Nottingham to J27 of the M1. The new premises required a huge project to re-purpose the two-story space into the multi-functional warehouse & office environment needed to drive our business forwards. Arc helped guide us with design, function, infrastructure and relocation support, at all times demonstrating a solution-driven approach to all issues we encountered along the way. The team involved was extensive and covered a wide range of Arc employees alongside 3rd party suppliers, all project managed by Arc. We found all to be professional, responsive and delivered a high quality of output. Rebecca really understood our company brand and ethos and worked this into the designs, creating a contemporary look and making the best use of space available. I used Arc Business Interiors for a small office move three years ago, and had no hesitation in using them again for a much larger office relocation recently. Arc personnel visited various office sites with me to provide guidance on which space they felt would work best from a practical and design point of view, essentially helping me chose which building to move in to. They then designed and planned the new interior space, before embarking on the full fit out. My assigned project manager, Rebecca Trowbridge, was excellent throughout. She was extremely communicative and responsive, knowledgeable, provided advice and guidance along the way - she even came shopping with me for small decorative items for the office. I truly felt that she was as invested in the final product as I was. I would not hesitate to use Arc again, and would highly recommend Arc to other businesses looking for office furniture, new space design, or full fit out.
